CAGHAN BAYTEKIN, MD

I was born in Eskisehir. After graduating from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, I completed my Specialty of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Izmir Dokuz Eylul University, Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

I served as an Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery Specialist at Aydin Adnan Menderes University, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery between 2004 – 2006 and then in Kocaeli Acibadem Hospital between 2006 – 2007.

I worked at Private Izmir City Hospital between 2007 and 2011.

I took office in Universal Private Ege Health hospital in 2011

I participated in elementary and advanced courses at the ESI (European Surgical Ins.Norderstedt-Germany) and Sisli Etfal hospital with the aim of microsurgery education in this process. I received the burn unit training at Ankara Gulhane Military Medical Academy, completed the rotation of LASER applications within the scope of Ankara ASVAK, and participated in the VASER (Ultrasound-guided liposuction) applications course. I became an observer surgeon in ONEP Aesthetic and plastic surgery clinic.  I attended many panels, seminars and congresses. A total of 12 articles belonging to me were published in international journals, I submitted 11 written and oral presentations in international congresses, my publications were cited 8 times. I issued more than 30 oral and written statements in international congresses. In 2005, I was selected as a regular member of the Turkish Plastic-Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Association and honored with Plastic-Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Proficiency Certificate.
